Open daily from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Monday closings Dec. - Feb. The Memorial closes at noon on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve. Other periodic closings are possible due to systems maintenance and inclement weather. Please call 540-587-3619 to check our operational status before traveling.

NOTE: Guided walking tours are approximately 45 minutes in length and leave on the half-hour from the deck area of the Gift Store. Admission and tour tickets must be purchased at the Bedford Area Welcome Center (located at the foot of the Memorial.) Mobility assistance: Wheelchairs are on loan for FREE. We do have a limited number of shuttle carts available for the disabled for an additional fee.
