The National D-Day Memorial is fully handicapped-accessible. Guests with physical impairments are encouraged to bring their own wheelchairs or other mobility assistance. 

Shuttle carts will be available at the Memorial site to transport visitors with special needs from the parking lot to the plaza where the commemoration will take place.
