D-Day, Omaha Beach Traveling Exhibit
August 14th - December 30th
Vividly recreating the assault at Normandy, the D-Day, Omaha Beach Traveling Exhibit will be featured in the Fleda A. Ring Education Quonset hut at the National D-Day Memorial August 13-December 31.
The exhibit is an immersive, educational experience that honors the sacrifices of those who fought on D-Day while preserving the memory of this pivotal day. Created by Tradition Studios, the display is a multi-media exhibit; combining highly detailed miniature dioramas, full-sized uniformed mannequins, two-dimensional artwork, interpretative panels, and a short film.
The display can be viewed daily, 10AM-5PM except on the following days when the Memorial is closed; Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and Mondays in December. Regular admission fees apply.
