- First Lieutenant Jimmie W. Monteith Jr. – Virginia
- Private Carlton W. Barrett – New York
- Technician Fifth Grade John J. Pinder Jr – Pennsylvania

The Memorial’s first addition to the Medal of Honor Garden will be a bronze plaque on Jimmie W. Monteith.
