Lunchbox Lecture: “Filming D-Day” with Jennifer Rossel

Livestream

But fewer will know that there was actual film footage of the landings captured on June 6, 1944. Join the National D-Day Memorial for a conversation with Jennifer Rossel, the daughter of Richard Taylor of the 165th Signal Photography Company, the man who filmed the only known motion picture footage of Omaha Beach on D-Day. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wGYZU2wg_dA
